I don't follow modern standards of Theistic Satanism, I have my own hybrid practice which is pretty much Luciferian. I see it as Gnosticism which I combine with Goetic practices. There are no set rules by which we should practice, imo.

But the principal remains the same, a historical deity was used to represent Satan. Set pre dates Christianity by thousands of years.

What I see is they (Zevists) formed what can be seen as sort of a Temple Of Set organization, where Zeus represents Satan, the same way as the Egyptian God Set, in that organization. As a personal choice, I've always seen Theistic Satanism as the belief system that resonates with me the most.
