Is there a difference between material and spiritual squares? Let's say you're doing a Jupiter Square for material reason and you also want to do a Mars square for material. If I haven't opened all main chakras yet, would this create blockages?

I have a question about doing the Jupiter square... I am on the second day, and I was about halfway though. I was interrupted and needed to stop and attend to something else. Do I pick up where I left off, or start over for today? Thanks in advance!
