Still need help,,,
I'm still in the procees of opening my sixth and seventh chakras. I've tried the JoS meditation eight times and the only thing that I've felt is a heat sensation where my pineal gland is and I could feel energy going from my crown into it. I've yet to experience the bliss sensation...- allen.finger
