It is an hypothesis, not a theory. There is not even enough minimal evidence to give a preliminary confirmation.

Hydrogen is the first element, Yod is the 10th letter. In both pronunciation and other characteristics has nothing to do with Yod. Hydrogen liteally means "making water", while Yod rules the element of fire in the enemy soul.

Nitrogen is the seventh element, Heh is the 5th letter. It means "making sodium carbonate" or, alternatively it can relate to killing, non-life and nether. We have the "NA" from satanama which represents death and is also of air. Heh rules both the air and the earth pillar in the enemy soul, yet it means to breathe. Since the air we breathe is made mostly of nitrogen (~70%) I guess this is the only connection that would relatively "make sense".

Oxygen is the eighth element, Vau is the 6th letter. "Creating acids". Vau rules the water pillar in the enemy soul, yet oxygen makes only 1/3 of the water molecule. Vau also rules the enemy leviathan (their equivalent of kundalini). If I had to place oxygen, I'd honestly place it with fire instead, as we know that more oxygenation improves people's health. This can be done through ozone therapy (ozone molecules are made by 3 atoms of oxygen), food-grade oxygen peroxide as well as with our bellows breath (breath of fire) pranayama.

Carbon is the 6th element, Gimel is the 3rd letter. It occurs naturally in charcoal, diamond and graphite. It comes from latin which means "coal" and from the Proto-Indoeuropean root which means "horns, heat, fire, growth, expansion". Nothing to do with Gimel which connects Kether with Tiphereth, the enemy crown and solar plexus chakra. What's Gimel doing here anyway? It's not part of the 4-letter name, nor the 5-letter one anyway. The author pulled it out of their asses as it did the whole article.
