I finished affirming a working at 05:32 am, according to ChronosXP the next astrological day would have started at 05:48.
I checked different sites according to them the sun rise in my region already started from about 05:40 am.
Is the working still valid even though I finished affiriming at civil twilight or should I restart it?

If it is not a square, it is fine.

It is a runic working, I will then continue it.

I got confused it is actually a munka working.

That is fine. Both runic and munka (or other mantras) workings are considered standard, 40-day workings, and are therefore not completely broken by the passing of one astrological day, unlike squares.
