If you want to vote in the next election, you better make sure you are registered.

This website will tell you a lot about how to do it. But I recommend to do an internet search for "US voting registration [your state]" the top result will be the website for your state's Department of State Division of Elections website. Here you can download forms for registering to vote in your own specific County that you live in.
For me, it's a 2 sided form that I can print out. One side is the form, and the other side is already addressed to my specific county's Commissioner of Registration. You do not need any stamp. You just print out the form, fill in your information, then you do not need an envelope. You just fold the paper into thirds, tape it together at the top edge, and put it in the outgoing mailbox at the post office. It is already addressed and does not need any stamps.
Another rule I found, which many states have, is that you might not be able to vote if you are not declared to a political party. If you are unaffiliated or independent, the only party you can vote for is Democrat, Libertarian, or Green Party. If you try to vote for any other candidate, like Republican, your vote will not be counted! This may vary depending what State you're in, and the state's specific rules, so look this up. I'm not sure if the presidential election election has this rule, but All the smaller elections often have this rule, and the presidential election might have it too. This varies by state.
On your voting registration form, there is a place to declare your party affiliation. So if you want to vote for Trump, be sure to declare yourself with the Republican party. Or else your vote may be thrown in the garbage and not counted!
The Communist rats are going to be out in full force, stronger than ever before, to try to force some rat-faced Communist to be our president. So if you want somebody with a nationalistic life-preserving motivation to be our president, YOU have to get your vote in too! Please review your situation now, because the offices that handle this paperwork are going to get busier as it gets closer to election time.
And vote in the smaller elections too!
