Recently I made a post about quitting smoking weed, shortly soon after I quit maybe a couple of days (I’m not saying this has anything to do with it) I’ve developed a weird stomach issue. I have been to the hospital 4 times in the past week and they refuse to help me. The only appointment I can get with a GI Doctor is on the 23rd. My stomach problems involve constant indigestion feeling, feeling full after eating small ammounts, constipated (can not poop without a laxative) poor appetite, abdominal discomfort pretty much 24/7. Again I am asking for help from JoS Members because the doctors will not help me , every time I go they send me home because it’s not an “emergency” although it’s an emergency. I do not know what could have caused this to randomly appear, I am a young healthy person always try to eat healthy and stay away from bullshit foods etc, I do kickboxing and only drink water for years. I just really need some advice on ANYTHING I can do regarding mediations/ workings. I do NOT want to take the PPI’s and all types of medicine that the doctors hand out as I do not like to consume poison. These doctors will not help me any under circumstance. Again the problems I am having are all stomach issues constant bloating indigestion not being able to eat / wanting to eat/ can not poop regularly at all. (Without laxative which I hate taking )
I am not only nervous for my health and well-being but fed up aswell as no one will offer me any help. Thus why I make this post. ANYTHING any suggestions will help, I do not know what else to do at this point in time. Thank u.

This is because marijuana's influence on the stomach is to create a false appetite, termed "stomach heat". This ends up wearing out the stomach's health and leaving it in the weakened state which you are currently experiencing.

The goods news is that this will heal and is not anything totally concerning. The bad news is you had to experience firsthand why marijuana is not some miracle cure like the enemy claims.

The most immediate thing you can do to fix this is to push and hold the acupressure point called "Stomach 36". This point stimulates the stomach meridian and resolves any sort of digestive issue, such as either stomach yin or yang deficiency.

Do your best to find and hold this point:

It is between the two bones. Your finger placement does not have to be perfect, and it is better to push and hold broadly over the area, with medium pressure, and hold for as long as you need, such as 10-30 minutes. Repeat as needed.

Compared to other points, this is a very safe point because it stimulates the center of vitality for the whole body. Your appetite should start to increase soon after.

Also, any yogic activities which stimulate your stomach area, including the breath of fire, will help as well. Supplements like ginger will also help.

I am veryyyy thankful to read your response just now. I’m going to follow exactly what you’ve told me.

It makes complete sense , when I was smoking I could only eat if I smoked. When I tried to stop smoking my appetite was gone completely. Also got multiple CT Scans from doctors and they found absolutely nothing.

This gives me a lot of relief because I haven’t been able to figure out what it was nor anyone else

One more question to add on would exercise be helpful, as I’ve been scared to exercise since my stomach and I didn’t want to make anything worse

I only just read ur post so I’m yet to follow through on steps u gave me am going to begin them shortly

Exercise would generally be helpful, as this stimulates the body's yang energies, which includes digestion and also the movement of the intestines. However, be careful not to overdo it and fatigue yourself, since your intake of energy is on the lower side.

The best forms of exercise here would be yoga, since these don't require as much of an initial input of energy. Traditional, forms, like cardio require a direct input of energy, although they still result in an overall increase of energy after the recovery period.

The least advised exercise form would be like isolated weight lifting. Although this is still a yang activity, the fatigue is much greater.

I take it this pressure point the crest of the tibia can be used on the left leg as well because all pictures are of the right knee.

Do you just do the left or right crest of the tibia at a time. Or hold both crest of tibias at the same time? Or do we only work on one knee the right?

Yes, either leg will work. Stimulating both simultaneously will increase the effect, but that seems like an uncomfortable position to hold.

The point itself is in the tissue between the bones, on the side of the tibial crest. It is not on the crest itself, but next to it.

Cheers mate. And I have an easy way to press both sides simultaneously easily.

You see I saw an advert online for the squatty potty.

The premise is that Victorian era seated toilets are unnatural for defecating because standing and sitting the anus gland has a closing pressure on it.

But squatting there is no restriction to flow.

I have a bucket I put my feet on when sitting on the toilet to give the natural defecating position.

And it's easy to hold both points at the same time seated like that in the squatting posture.
