Good question but be aware there is nothing unholy about Satan, he is the holiest there is, he is God holiness is defined and exemplified by him.
To answer your question on the JoS website there is a section dedicated to the Al-Jiwah that is the closest we have to a holy book, but even within it Satan clearly explains he does not lead us with a book he guides us through unseen means, the Al-Jiwah is more a set of general principles to lead a safe and productive Satanic life.
