I'd like to start off by saying, This post is about a topic that I'm passionate about. These are my views on what I feel true leadership Is. The inspiration comes from great leaders Such as our Father Satan and the Gods of Hell. And from our Hps, Guardians, people I have known and worked with physically in my life, and from great leaders in history such as Adolf Hitler. I also have learned what being a good leader is not, from other various people in my life but I will make a post about that some other day.

A true leader can be any gender, from any background, from any race. A true leader carries themself in a way where they can be a good example, and they take care of themselves. They work hard, they sacrifice time, sweat, blood and tears to better themselves so they can advance to their full potential. They feel the honorable rush of elation from their labors, a true feeling of pride. It comes from a place of doing true good and honorable deeds and helping people. It makes them want to pay it back into their community, so they too can take from this example and follow their own paths of success to one day feel the same, and do the same.

Being a Leader isn't a battle of who is a better leader, true leadership isn't about clashing heads with those you grow and rise into positions of power with. And it's not about inflated egos with flashy titles who do nothing for the betterment of their community. Father Satan is a great example of good, balanced leadership that everyone should follow. If Father Satan never worked for the betterment and advancement of his people, if he was only concerned about himself and sat there as a fashion piece and didn't care for his people, and never poured his love and knowledge into us, his children Satanism wouldn't exist. He wouldn't have an army, or anyone's respect and we wouldn't even be here. but that isn't the case. He Has led his army of Hell with courage, benevolence, honor and love for his people and has given us his knowledge, his love, and a wonderful example of values we should all uphold and aim to practice.

we learn from our elders, while we better ourselves so once we reach a position of leadership, we can then expand upon what we've learned to better the future and better teach the one's who will join us next. A leader values their people, their community, they would do anything to protect their people. a true leader holds themselves accountable, and doesn't let a failure destroy them, or beat them down. They instead learn from it, and work on doing better next time. They don't argue when being taught a new way, they carefully listen to other people's perspectives and take from it whatever knowledge they can use. If you think you know everything, you will never learn anything new. the knowledge will be wasted on you. And if you never teach forward what you learn, the knowledge you gain will die with you.. helping no one.

A true leader never stops learning. they keep on learning for the greater good, learning new ways, and gaining new valuable knowledge that they can in return share with others. They lead by example, they let their actions speak for them. They aren't just all words. A dictator sits by while the people do all his work for him, he reaps from their labor while he does nothing. No one respects a tyrant. But a leader puts his community at the utmost importance and leads while advancing and working right along with them. He knows he is not better than his people just because he's at a level of high advancement. Instead he knows that by being advanced, he can be the most use to his community and help his people more so they too one day can reach their own level of higher advancement.

All this and more is what I have learned and observed from true Leaders. My knowledge on this topic continues to grow every day, and there's probably some things I left out. But I love observing and learning good values and I try to emulate this behavior in my personal life. And I love reading everyone's perspective, it's inspiring and enlightening. So what I'd like to know now is what does true leadership mean to you? what do you look at with awe, and adoration, from people you respect and consider to be good leaders? what inspires you?

Great post and a refreshing thing to see. Almost no real leaders exist in this age as it is highly discouraged by the system in place. I've had quite the ambitious plan in my youth to infiltrate, rise up in ranks and bring true satanic presence in the worlds political structure without realizing how naive and foolish it was of me because I was nowhere near ready for such a feat. Now I feel much more up to the task but those ambitions have left me and I would not risk leaving my children without a parent at least not while they're still rather young.
The main quality a leader should possess is strength. Strength of character, of conviction, of love from which come charisma, wisdom, dedication and a host of other virtues and characteristics. Even physical strength which is not as important as the other kinds but is welcomed because it can be inspiring (Idi Amin).

PS: I'd appoint you as my parties candidate for prime minister if you accept ;)

Thank you. Yes I agree Strength of both psychical and spiritual matters is important for a Leader. If a person can't be as physically strong as someone else, they can be the strongest version of themselves. That's what matters. Also not comparing yourself to another but learning your strengths and weaknesses and being the best that you can be. Through dedicated and with discipline, that will inspire everyone to see, as you grow and overcome whatever obstacles are in the way of your path. Thank you my friend. I hope one day to advance well enough to be of more help and more use here for everyone and for Father Satan and the Gods. It's truly something I'm becoming more and more passionate about.

Hail Satan! And have a great day!

True leadership means taking the initiative to do what needs to be done. A true leader does not wait to be told by others what to do or how to do it- they figure it out and then execute. Their will to act comes from a place of authenticity and truth. They are also good listeners, learners and use reason to make the best possible choice in any situation. They know how to measure risk vs reward. They know what is at stake and plan accordingly. A degree of failure is inevitable in any arena, but what makes a leader is their willingness to learn from every mistake and determination to improve. Leaders know how to use the resources available to them and how to acquire the resources they do no have but need. Good leaders are humble and willing to receive feedback from wise counsel. A good leader has strong instincts and trusts his gut like an old friend. A true leader is true to his soul and can never truly fail even if defeated in battle because his honor remains intact.

Very well said. Too many people get angry and defensive when someone tries to offer advice or criticism. We have to be open to other's opinions and ideas. We can't grow and evolve if we never listen. Not everyone will have great advice but many will, we just need to have an open mind and listen. I've learned so much from other people by putting my own ideas and conclusions aside to listen to theirs. We don't all have everything figured out but life is about growing and learning and applying what you learn to yourself, to better yourself. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this subject with me!
