Tired of being like this, I want to improve my life.

Hello,

So I've been facing a lot of issues that have been causing me a lot of problems that I really wanna get rid of and they've all been very detrimental to my spiritual advancement but also my everyday life too. I would consider myself very weak minded now because of these problems, I neglect to even take any of the advancement seriously, I've skipped many days of meditation/yoga cause of laziness and I'm not really enjoying hatha yoga all that much.

My health is deteriorating further and further and it's getting to the point where I'm tired of it. I want to do a workings for laziness, fear, health, confidence and a working to be more social. While I like being inside, but when I'm at work I like to socialize but I have nothing interesting to talk about but I doubt a working is needed for it and it could be that I got to get out more but it's boring when people ask me to go out and it's only to nightclubs to drink.

However I'm only able to implement 2 more workings into my routine as of right now. I would like to start these as soon as possible but I wanna ask advice on 2 things.

1. Should I wait for the right day to start these workings and
2. I would like some advice on these affirmations.

1.
Working: Health
Runes/Mantra: Sowilo/Saulo(40)
Affirmation: "In a safe and positive way the energies of Sowilo has permanently improve my health in the best way for me. I have perfect health now and forever"

2.
Working: Removing Fear
Runes/Mantra: Munka(40) and possible Ansuz as well (40)
Affirmation: "In a safe, positive and healthy way for me the energies of Munka/Ansuz has completely and permanently removed this or my(?) fear of choking from my soul. I have no problems eating or drinking now and forever."

These are the workings I wanna start and soon as possible, I apologize cause I have made a post about health issues before. So I will read on that post and replies made to them by helpful SS. I wanted to make this post regarding the 2 workings I wrote above and I don't know I guess I wanted to somewhat vent so anyone who reads this can have as much information they can about my situation, so they know the best way to help.

Apologies for the long post.

Those affirmations seem good for the purpose.

Are you doing breathing exercises? Breath of Fire would be very beneficial for you. When you feel a lack of energy you can get a nice pick-me-up by doing it. It does not take much time for you. Another beneficial exercise would be the 5 Tibetan Rites. It gives a good energy boost and likewise does not take much time.

When I don't sleep past my usual wake up time to perform my morning meditations, I do 8 rounds of Yogic Breathing
and I do Breath of Fire during Kundalini Yoga 120 reps for the spine flex poses. Other than that I don't do BoF outside of Kundalini Yoga. I can definitely do more than 120 but I'm not sure if there is really any point to increasing the number, maybe it's best I do the Sat-Kriya pose for additional minute since I've been on 3 minutes since I started Meditating for the first time.

I have done the 5 Tibetan Rites once before I think, but it was more like a test and I did feel a lot of energy being stimulated from the first exercise I did. But I definitely might look into it.

Sounds like you could use some more breathwork. Life is in the breath, after all. I would recommend doing them throughout the day, not just during the morning and during Kundalini Yoga so that you can reap small benefits more consistently considering your dire situation. You can even do them during work hours by going to the toilet, for example.

Hello,
I Apologize for the late reply, I've been doing more breath of Fire breathing 5-6 rounds but this gives me an energy boost but then it's like shortly after I've done it I start to yawn and get tired. I guess because it's cause after I finish it, I just go back to what I was doing and sitting in my computer chair doing basically nothing?

I keep procrastinating or constantly in that mindset of "I don't feel like it" even though I'm more than capable of doing it, I've failed my Aura Cleaning working and my Hatha Yoga as well as Kundalini Yoga are getting more and more spontaneous as well general mediations like AC,AOP,VM and Chakra Spinning.

But if there is 1 good thing I can say, which is honestly too early to say now but I do tend to stick to it until I'm finished. But I have started the health working that I wrote above, I'm doing 36x Uruz and Sowilo since both relate to Health and I made sure to begin it at the hour of the Sun + Beltane's Eve and Virgo Moonsign for best results. I feel like I should've chose a more suitable affirmation instead of the one listed above but the time I started thinking about it I was due to do it in like 5 minutes.

Hello,

Health issues come in many forms from a passive lifestyle, and excessive sitting causes its own set of issues. Nothing that a yoga routine (and regular exercise!) could not fix, but you are not doing it (/them)...

You need to start taking your life and problems seriously. There is only one way to get better, and that is through action, not inaction.

Further, workings rely on the capabilities provided by spiritual routine. Your output could be a stack of bills, but now it is pennies compared to what it could be. Not only that, but you are not giving your working a way to manifest with your lifestyle. You can chant all day long, but it does not amount to anything when there is no action for life on your part to fulfill what needs to be fulfilled.

If you do not feel like you want to do something that benefits you, then you still do it. Otherwise, you are only dragging your bag of burden along longer with you.

As for rising energy (like with the breath of fire), be sure to also direct and program it for it to benefit you like you want to.

Is it a good idea to add other breathing exercises apart from Yogic Breath and Breath of Fire, or would this be too much
and what about other exercises and or meditations? What about other exercises/meditations I should do.

Would a Raum Working on the solar chakra be a good idea for further health, energy handling and such? I do recall you mentioning vibrating Raum in another reply to me.

Yes, I live a very passive lifestyle outside of work and I'm always sitting in my room with pretty much all the free-time in the world I can stick to meditation and such day in and day out, constantly strict with it but once I finish a working or even in the future a square I just fall go back to what I was doing and just outright lose interest or just can't be bothered. Workings are really the only thing that keep me going, if I'm not doing one then I won't be doing the others even if it's of high importance.

Which possibly the most important working I should be starting and finishing as something that would be considered mandatory is either a sowilo or nauthiz working for discipline to push me to do meditation whether they're boring or not.

Know thyself. By knowing yourself you should be able to judge what is realistic to add or not, given that you have two feet on the ground not flying in the clouds.

It can be. It should also be noted that sacrificing a passive lifestyle partly to pave the way for some physical activity goes hand in hand with this goal and should not be neglected as an option.

This is where you need to take yonder and ponder what life is about and what is important. Is it important to be glued to a screen at the expense of your time on this earth, and so on?

Outside of meditation, willpower can be trained by physical actions as well. Such as doing something a little bit challenging, but manageable and slowly increasing the tolerance for resistance as time goes on. For example, taking cold showers, doing physical exercise, meeting new people, reading books, learning new skills and crafts...

What you describe seems primarily as a lack of earth to regulate you. This is the case if you feel otherwise "fine" or have enough energy for other activities, but don't want to do your work. You can chant literally 20x Nauthiz and program it to make you work for the next hour.

If you are doing something other than your work, such as video games, then you will simply want to restrict these. Uninstall them and your brain will reset. Then, reinstall them only on weekends, for example. There are software options available here.

As far as your health options, you can use the upcoming Mars in Leo square. The Summer Solstice is also coming soon, which is a good opportunity to improve your solar energies. Program either of these workings specifically for health if it is really needed. Raum on the solar chakra would work fine.

The original health affirmation you made seemed good enough, but you can change it if you are not comfortable here.

Besides this, yoga will do a lot here, and therefore it is best to get your routine in order for this.
This can be go both ways. Yang yoga or other forms of yang exercise are great for making you feel more "alive" and active, which can then translate into your productivity.

The breath of fire or Tibetan 5 Rites are great for being very simple, yet effective ways for raising the motivational energy of fire.

Remember that every single exercise advances you, so you gain progress here even if it may not feel like it. Cleaning helps us avoid negative circumstances that we may otherwise attract from a dirty soul. It also aids our power and stability, and both of these allow our workings to manifest better and more strongly.
