There is a tip when you do any magical working and want to focus the energies into the target you could put black frame around the targert while filling the targert with any energy you want for whatever results you want. It could be used on yourself too, example if you want protection you could fill your whole body with white light while putting a black frame on the edges of your body, you could also use it to curse someone by filling his/her aura with grey then putting a black frame around him to lock the grey energy inside of him leaving him to die from the inside. But clean your own aura afterwards.

Not white energy, but white-golden. Using white exclusively brings isolation and arrogance. For most people it will bring those results because white and black are the most powerful and difficult "colours" to control. Most people will act proud and delude themselves they can control them to the point they will be blind to undesired effects that come together with the desired ones.

Your right, i just mentioned white as an example you could use any color with this method.
