Some people deserve all the credit we can give. These constant updates of power dates are something wonderful for us all.

When I do things I do them fairly extreme, and took this chance to start a deep cleaning of SUYRAx216 into each of the 7 main chakras, every day since then, intending to do the full 28 day cycle. Heavy on my throat but I've finally been able to feel the Throat Chakra not just mildly like with previous meditations before, but a wonderful heat just rush today all around my throat at the start of Yule, during my RTRs. It quickly faded away but I can just feel how much closer I am to being truly clean.

This might be one of the greatest gifts I gotten a long time. I hope every day I can repay the wealth of knowledge given here.

Thank you, and I'm so happy you made such progress! I also did high reps into every chakra, not as high as you though as I've done a lot of cleaning over the years. The next time to do this (in April) you can also do Surya into your aura to deep clean it, I did aura and chakras.

I feel like I have a lot of catching up to do, and a lot of free time, so I have little excuse not to do this much reps. I understand using power dates helps boost a lot, and thanks for the heads up on April, but I intended on repeating 28 day cycles every month just because I can afford it. I kind of feel a little desperate cuz it feels like I should make up for lost time.

The only thing I think I forgot about and wanna ask is if I should've added affirmations. Feel like I may have messed up forgetting something so simply, clearly it's effects worked, I just wanted to know what you've done. I didn't think at the time cleaning required it, but I should've known better.

Yes, you can add an affirmation. Mine was, after each chakra "My (whichever chakra) is thoroughly clean and purified in every way". And then after doing them all, affirmed "All my chakras and my entire being are thoroughly clean and purified in every way".

I did not state "in beneficial" or "in healthy" ways for me, because there is no way this could not be positive etc, but you can if you feel the need for it.

I only stated it once after each chakra, then 3x at the end, there's no need for high reps of affirmation with something like this, as it's not using or programming energy, it's cleaning so it's cleaned.

Thank you very much! I'll put those to use next cycle. I'm both unlucky in that I can't search for any job where I am with them demanding I take the stupid vax, and lucky I currently aren't in need of one. It weighs on my sense of duty a lot that I can't explain and just have to look like a bum to my family, but I may as well make the most of my time with this nonsense going on. Yes I feel it is working very well. I feel like it balances every single chakra and aura.

In every way I visualize them as bright as the Sun as I vibrate Satanama.

And in the affirmation I say they are clean, strong and protected.

Maybe I'm not doing the right work, but I have cleansed a lot of negative karmic energy that I was able to eliminate with hatha yoga. With all the other work of course
