I have no experience with nerve damage and everything I write here is purely theoretical, but if I was you, I would try to open the nadhis in your dick and everything in that area, and direct energy back and forth, also try the ball of light meditation there.
You can also use your hand chakras (if you opened them already).
You should physically feel the energy flowing thorough your nadhis.
When you achieved this, just play around, and test things.
You can also direct white golden energy in your dick and state a proper affirmation when doing so.
