Struggled with the meditation program

Hi I currently hear male violent voices and I started the 40 day program a few years back. I was doing it 2 times a day but I didn’t wake up 15 minutes before I did them I would just do it when I woke up which could be at 12 am or at 7 am but I would do it and when I would go to bed. Then I felt like it was stressing me out so I started doing it once a day then my timer said it past 24 hours so I failed it. I don’t know if I could re start it maybe and wake up 15 minutes prior and maybe do it less time so I won’t stress so much because I was doing more than 15 minutes because it requires me to trance for the hand meditation and be out of energy because my voices and my heart problem. And I still live in my jew parents house so they are always making me do thing but I will be getting a job soon and moving out. I was just having problems with making sure I’m doing it right and not being out of energy because the voices make me want to vape and smoke weed. I’m still doing my rituals I just don’t know how to minimize my time when meditation because sometimes you have to do yoga and it take a good 30 minutes for me. So what should I be doing? Thank you!

Void meditation Will Help u, in the past i start meditation program but i skiped the void meditation because was too hard for me and eventually get to a point That i just failed, i hear voices also try to ignore them with the meditation and they Will go, if they are too strong maybe a banish ritual Will Help, important to know as u grow on power só do your thoughts became stronger and maybe this "voices". Thats why void meditation is so important. Maybe u also still Addicted to the weed and it takes some time to heal

Yes, Yoga can take a long time, but if you are putting 30 minutes in, this would give you a good benefit. Regarding your overall time usage, you will want to pick and choose what activities are the highest priority. Personally, I would be hesitant to remove yoga, especially as it can help ground yourself. If you could describe what you do in more detail, this would help us give better advice.

Ignore any voices or feelings that suggest you to do drugs, as this will make things worse. Weed specifically can worse any delusions or voices, so you must absolutely avoid it. Remind yourself that you are not actually loosing anything by abstaining, but rather gaining from it.
 
So I just have male violent voices that are always being mean to me and forcing me to keep my eyes on them like the god voice is just in my center of vision and never goes away. I need more guidance to mediation because I didn’t do it 15 before waking and before sleeping so I need help and I have terrible motivation to it because I would hate and love doing it so mixed emotions, but I’m always wanting so badly for the voices to stop and I think that would help with motivation but I don’t get why I didn’t get it the first time because I love it I just need a guide to how to do it everyday perfectly and so i can still do it being in my parents house. But I fell in love with this religion from the start like Father Satan gave me it because all of my stress and voices and is the best creator ever and I hope that I didn’t mess up anything from stoping or making mistakes. I just wasn’t getting how to do it everyday without fail and when my parents and brother are always coming in my room and I just want my apartment already and my perfect soul mate I meditated on before so I could have better motivation. How should I start meditating again and never fail and do it perfectly the best way? And not cram and make sure I have time, but as of yoga it was difficult too because the voices would make voices while I stretch or attack at my chest and make heart pain, I really want to do this and not fail and get my benifits and get justice and revenge for the voices and enemy. Thank you!

I’m just so nervous and anxious I’m doing it right so I don’t fail because everyday can be stressful for me the voices forcefully build up anger in my then I loose it and go smoke and cry to music like lil uzi new sad songs. And makes it worse living in this new house there always getting mad at me and my brother is always making noises and I’m just fed up I want this to stop and start improving and I did the banishing ritual before but nothing happened they just get louder with I vibrate algis maybe I’ll try to do it again. Thank you!

Algiz definitely helps, especially when combined with other runes, such as perhaps Sowilo, and Berkano (among some others) as long as you keep doing it repeatedly creating a continuous build-up of the said energy. The last part is very important. You can't expect improvement when the effort you put into conquering it is not up to par with the challenge.

Other than that part, there is more to the whole of what is expected to be done for great results. Cleaning, keeping your energy levels high by various self-determined means, (at first) simple empowerment, learning your astrologically weak points and fortifying them, not to mention connecting to Gods and practicing spiritual warfare (if that is relevant yet as it can be too much for some beginners to handle). It's all good though, keep practicing and you'll kick ass in no time.

That is good advice because of at least two factors:

- Stress reduction, release of hormones and neurotransmitters when the stimulus has reached certain levels.

- As exercising is a yang-form of activity one will feel refreshed and ready to go afterward (given that one has not gone too hard and requires immediate rest), to do their spiritual routine, for example.
