Star of Astaroth/Mer Ka Ba Meditation

Hello, personal development I feel confident in doing this meditation. I'm not so sure if I should do it until I'm I go through a series of cleanings for some time, in the mean time is there a preliminary orlike, shorter version or different method of this meditation that can help me get the understanding of how it should feel and what it does before adding it to daily/weekly meditations.
Any preliminary meditation for it perhaps?

This is the best meditation I have ever done. The sensation from the pulsating disks is incredible.
However I stopped doing it because I woke an energy in my body that is difficult to handle and made me lose concentration abilities. I reccomend doing the visualisation exercises from the 6 mouth training spiritual warfare program before this meditation. The exercises with the image a flame focus take only a mouth or so.
