Questions about Full Chakra Meditation

Hello, now while I am nowhere near ready at all to be performing the F.C.M but I wanted to ask a couple questions basically just for a future reference.

1. So if I finish all the opening meditations in Opening The Soul page but I never opened the chakras both minor and major, I am aware that openness of the chakras ie: Fully activated and empowered can take years or more but I'm referring to the pressure/headache that's explained in the initial opening of the chakras. Would I still be able to perform the F.C.M or should I repeat the exercises again until I get that pressure feeling?

2. Is it mandatory to do every chakra opening including the minor chakras and extensions before proceeding to F.C.M or would the opening of the Majors (Crown - Base) suffice to progress to performing the F.C.M?

HAIL SATAN! :D

I started a chakra unblocking working on Saturday and can perform it for 3 days since I have a day off from work on Monday due to public holiday, I was also to combine this with a cleaning working directed to the chakras but every time I do the Unblocking working I just feel so much pressure in my upper chakras sometimes it's to the point where it makes me feel uncomfortable.

Is this completely normal?

The Full Chakra Meditation is exactly what you are supposed to be doing. That is why you are being guided to think about it.

Opening the chakras is a one time thing. It does not take years, it takes a few days for each one for the initial opening. After the few days of doing it, it is now open and it is time to work on empowering them and flowing more energy through them. The Full Chakra Meditation is a good way of doing this. Tuning Chakras Through Vibration is another good way of doing this. You need to try these things and see how they feel.

You should eventually do the Opening Chakras for all chakras major and minor. But the highest priority is doing the main ones first. Do the opening for the 7 main chakras plus the 3rd eye. Then move to working on empowerment, cleaning, and increasing energy flow. Then continue opening all of the small minor chakras.

Opening the small minor chakras before there is even any energy flowing in your main ones, this would be very difficult and ineffective. This is like trying to increase the flow of a small stream, while the large river it is fed from is still blocked.

So If I do the initial opening chakra meditation for a specific chakra then I can proceed to The Full Chakra Meditation for that specific chakra I initially did the opening meditation on and add the other chakras once I've performed their respective opening meditations?

Would the same apply to the Tuning Chakras Through Vibration meditation as well? or would it be best to focus on opening my major chakras and then working on empowering them and having more energy flow into them and then finally add in the minor/extensions chakras?

Your main goal with CCM/FCM is 7M, 3E, Pineal and Shoulders.

For example the 7 main you pick a vibration 4-10 vibrations per chakra to feed the Gods. Sahasrara to Base.

Sahasrara, Ajna, 3E, Pineal, Visuddhi, Anahata, Shoulders, Manipura, Svadisthana, then Muladhara.

7M pick one of the types. For Shoulders the Z vibration Opening Shoulder, Pineal with Gaum vibration and finally 3rd Eye with Thaum.

Although I have been doing a basic meditation that I find superior than the 40-day guide using Stormblood's suggestion. I didn't redo the opening but rather dived into FCM/CCM.

If I need to reopen I'll reopen with opening meditations. But for the last few days I've been just pumping 4 vibrations into 7M, 3E, Pineal, Shoulders.

With that said, if you state the chakras are Open even if I don't feel them or don't know what an open chakra is.

Is it fair to state my affirmation is kinda pointless to state open?

My affirmation ex Sahasrara.

The energies of Maum now fully keeps my Sahasrara active, open, and empowered, continuously and forever, in a fully positive, healthy, and best way for me.

Should I even bother to maintain the words active and open since the opening sequence as in OP or my use of FCM/CCM already opened it up and activated it?

In other words can I get away with simply stating The energies of Maum keeps my Sahasrara chakra empowered, continuously and forever, in a fully positive, healthy, and best way for me?

Or is there a affirmation suggestion that is better? Do we even affirm chakra empowerment or do we simply vibrate, meditate on it and will it into the chakra over the 3 or so minutes we spend working on the chakra?

Funny for many meditations in JoS they don't even state do affirmations. I know it's the main 3-Law Raise, Program, and Direct but there seems to be no instruction further just vibrate and meditate. I assume it's not wrong but adding affirmation adds to the effort.
