Are they a corrupted enemy Masonic or leitimate Satanic secret society? I've also noted that they somehow love using Arabic, Ottoman and Islamic themes and names, such as Medina, Mecca, Sultan, and the literally refer to themselves as an "Arabic Order" though almost none of their members are Arab and they do support building hospitals and the such.

In that case are they following pre-Islamic Arabic Paganism or enemy "Jewish polytheism"?

There are many strange groups that do and say strange things. Mixtures of lies, nonsense, dangerous things, and maybe just a little bit of truth.

Spiritual Satanism is all truth.

Spirituality, regardless of its nature, attract people like magnet, even sceptical ones. When people build something they think is of higher value, they have the tendency to put pagan notions into their groups, but 99% of the cases are just misconceptions and distortions they hold as truth.
From a normal outside point of view, due to lack of knowledge, it could appear as exotic and valuable. But nowadays you need a click on the internet to unveil the bugus infos.
