This is all bullshit most of the time, just a cynical mind trying to find faults where there are none or unimportant, to just produce worry as there's a lack of it or too much of it. To look actually good means internal harmony that reflects in attitude and control. Make yourself feel good by doing some self-care routines and things like that. When life becomes hard, you don't care how you look at all because you have much heavier things to deal with. If you ever glimpsed that or will, add these two, and you are very good to go in life.
