Question #4262: Question about the health and promotion of blind people.

Hello.
1) Question about health. I am only 12 and a half years old, but I already have a lot of pain in ALMOST ALL my joints and back (lower back and between the shoulder blades. I have scoliosis). As for the joints, my hip joints and left shoulder joints click and hurt. All this together makes it very difficult for me to move... Please tell me what affirmation should I do for SaTaNama or what other healing work should I do?
2) This question has nothing to do with anything of mine... But I am very interested - can people who are blind from birth and colorblind normally move along this path?
