You need to contact a dental therapist or a dental surgeon so that they can make an accurate diagnosis and start treating your gums.

It's probably just a canker sore. Brew a cup of chamomile tea and swish it around your mouth, if it's gone (or mostly gone) by the next day then it was just a canker sore.

At your age, gum cancer is extremely unlikely.
