I know you are against transgender people. What I want to ask here is not what you are against. What are the chances of such a situation occurring as a result of a wrong reincarnation? Can someone born in a different gender as a result of a wrong reincarnation develop spiritually? Will he/she have difficulty even in the simplest of matters?
Can someone who has had a sex reassignment surgery achieve something spiritually?

The Gods are not 'against' transgender people. That is a choice one makes in terms of relating to the world, but this perception can't be forced onto others. It also cannot be dealt with delusionally.

I can't tell you what SRS does to someone but given it is castration I can't imagine it being good for the Sacral or Base Chakra. However much this can be rectified, I don't know. That ruining the simplest of matters - I really don't think so, but the lower Chakras are important for materializing Magick into reality, and are meant to work synergistically with the body when the two envelop into union.

Wrong reincarnation isn't remotely possible because the soul and hence body is always sexed as whatever you are born as. Tendencies of wishing to emulate the other sex in outward matters may be inscribed, or may be a novel fixation in this lifetime.

That's a common misconception. Transgender people aren't born in a wrong gender. Nobody is born in the wrong gender.

What happens is most of them were either abused or had a mental illness that caused them to dissociate their biological sex and seek to become the opposite one. It's a psychological thing, not a physical one and you can see that most of them will report a history of either abuse or mental illness if you question them. Just like there are people who develop a multiple personality or a dissociative disorder because they were abused, it's the same thing here.

There are many of them who wanted to have reassignment surgery but had some therapy and dissolved underlying issues that caused their dissociation of their biological sex and suddenly their gender dysphoria was gone.

There is also a spiritual solution to this, if you balance your chakras and release your underlying issues your gender dysphoria will gone.

Aside from what Karnonnos said, if you are transgender and taking hormone replacement therapy, stop immediately. Your base and sacral chakra are being damaged. If you haven't already noticed, you or whomever you know as transgender is probably always scared, non self sufficient, easily run over, unstable, aggressive (moslty verbal), lacking authenticity, lacking boundaries, lacking creative potential, and worse, such as strange sexual promotions like gender ideologies for kids and drag queen exposure, etc. Remember, just because a transgender person can't "get up" anymore, it doesn't mean their sexual energy is gone, it's being routed somewhere else, and not a good route.
