Try and consider working on balancing your soul and working with the more masculine side. This is one reason why women get messed up in the head a lot they don't engage in masculinity. And no I'm not talking about transsexualization I'm talking about working on your soul to "BALANCE" the soul and "IMPROVE" yourself.
