I am not motivated enough for 4 hours of yoga at home, so I decided that I will try to move outside for 1-2 hours and I have a question how to make it more productive do not suggest passive meditations, I need active meditations for example I can practice the meditation of emptiness in the rider pose, my dream is to go into trance with powerful stimuli.

Even I never did 4 hours of yoga a day.

Yes, exercise increases bioelectricity. Have a good workout, then do some yoga after, and you will feel the prana more. I wouldn't recommend just running/walking though, a full workout is better for the body and mind. HPS Maxine recommended weight lifting, there's also calisthenics and more.

The most I was doing yoga at home was two to three times a day totaling around 2-2.5 hours and it was more than enough. I was immersed in asanas and physical exercise at the time. I still am, but not as much time with asanas.

Aerobic exercise (including running) can be utilized to this end. Still, you would need to have a good amount of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and longer runs (1-4h) incorporated into your regimen to get the full benefits. As Lydia alluded, having heavier stimulus is key which is why I brought up the above point. You can also combine one or more different types of sports for a far more complete effect on yourself. Like running and swimming, for example. Or go full triathlete including cycling too. Just an idea as there are numerous more examples that can be brought up.
