Question #3142: Balancing fire,earth

AskSatanOperator said:
I lack both fire and earth elements ..What meditation, runes should I do to balence these elements??

Just a quick list:
Earth: Nauthiz, Uruz, Othal (maybe more)
Fire: Fehu, Thurisaz, Sowilo, Kenaz, also Uruz

Mars is currently in Scorpio, and both it and the Sun will be in Sagittarius soon, so these would be good times for a planetary square or other working here.

You can do the breath of fire and also the base chakra breathing to aid your elemental abilities, too.

In my experience sanskrit mantras are more powerful than runes. So I personally use SATANAMA mantra. Do not hiss the S. Its a normal S in the beginning.

When u say SA TA NA MA,,do you just say SA TA NA MA casually just like you speak normal words where u don't have to use any vibration kind of thing as in case of vibrating runes and manthras as written in JOS main article ??

Vibrating words of power/mantras is one of the most powerful in raising energies. This is also an excellent alternative for those who cannot do the physical exercises. Ideally though, physical exercises such as Hatha Yoga, Kundalini [Serpent] Yoga, Tai Chi and other internal martial arts forms should be included for anyone who is able to do these, as all of these open up the physical self as well as the soul and work to keep energy circulating freely.

Words of power/mantras should be only as long as a short sentence. These should always be vibrated, never just stated. Each syllable must be vibrated. As with meditations, the effects of specific meditations are often individual and this is something you need to work with and choose for yourself. What may work well for one person may be different for another. The key here is these should feel pleasurable. One can also vibrate these in the mind when doing the holding during breathing exercises.

Speak in a monotone voice, and lengthen them. Not as normal words.

SSSSAAAAAHHHHHHH-inhale-TTTTTTTAAAAAAAHHHHHH-inhale-NNNNNAAAAAAHHHH-inhale-MMMMMMAAAAAAHHHHHH

S is like from Soap.
AH is like english "Ah there you are"
T is a dragged out T. Hold your tongue where you say T(like in tap)and keep it there, making a very tiny opening and vibrating the sound. The sound should be like a TZZZZZZ.(but its different from ZZZZZ, its not a pure Z sound.)
N is like from Name.
M is from Mother

Somewhere Lydia had also written that S In case of satanama must not be vibrated .She did it this way like snake hiss ,but did not feel the effects ..So she said it normally ..That is why I have this doubt ,,do you vibrate SA TA NA MA like all vibration or just say SA TA NA MA ??

The S in SaTaNaMa is vibrated, but not hissed. That is the difference.

The Hissed S, such as when vibrating Satanas, is hissed at the back of the throat, which is a specific technique to hiss the S and draw out more power through the proper vibration.

However, for SaTaNaMa the S should not be hissed in the back of the throat, it isn't harmonious with the nature of the mantra. That is what HPS Lydia explained regarding the S in SaTaNaMa.

So, you vibrate it, by softly placing the tongue against the front upper teeth and make the S sound, as in Snake.

While for Satanas, you would hiss the S in the back of the throat, like a cats hiss. Both are vibrated, as all mantra's should be vibrated but they are vibrated differently.

She said that S should not be hissed. Not that it should not be vibrated. Normal S and hissed S are different. Like the person above said, both normal and hissed S are vibrated. Normal S is like Soap. Hissed S is like a KKKHHHH from SHUKHRAYA(Venus square mantra)

Greetings.

I always pronounced the S in SATANAMA and SATANAS like in six, seven, server, solve, ... And now I re-read some things, and found this from HPS Maxine:

https://satanslibrary.org/Rtrs/SATANAS.mp3

She pronounces the S quite differently. I can't really tell the difference in power, I also do them in one go, not taking breath between letters, because that would take too much time.

So can anyone tell the difference in power?

Hiss for SATANAS, not for SATANAMA. I switched to hissing for Satanama and it was not right at all, the energy wasn't doing what it normally does, so I went back to doing it with the regular S. Satanama is a nourishing energy. Satanas is empowering, so it can be hissed.

And doing them in one breath per letter for SATANAS is for each chakra. S into the base, A into Sacral, and so on. You can do one or more rounds like that before doing RTR or ritual.

You may click on the mp3 above for SATANAS to see what someone means by a hissed S.

Vow ,I was thinking that both hissing and vibrating are the same ,Did not know hissing And vibrating are two seperate terms when it comes to real meditations ..If you or anybody record a voice message of satanama ,it really would be very much better ...Although it is not needed but still it is an optimal thing

Yes, all that is right, however, you should drag the A as much as the consonants. So, SSSSAAAA TTTTAAAA NNNNAAAA MMMMAAAA as an example.

Brother do I need to inhale and then vibrate SA then once again inhale then vibrate TA and so on ,or inhale once vibrating sa ta na ma or exactly how should one inhale while vibrating this manthra !??

You can inhale once, then vibrate SaTaNaMa in one breath. It is best to do it in one breath, so practice this a little until you find a good rhythm to do the vibrations without running out of breath before you finish the full vibration.

Ideally, you vibrate it with a single full breath, the final AAA from Ma being the end of your exhale, or have just a little bit of breath remaining that you can exhale at the end before inhaling again.
