In the satanama manthra ,should one vibrate just like one says normal S??what about TA ??should it be vibrated like HPS vibrated Ta in satanas or should the TA be said as normal TA ?

What do you want to achieve with it?

I will translate my affirmation from Romanian to English : " The energies of Satanama are constantly healing and rejuvenating my whole being."

I also personally use Kurma mudra but I will give a shot for a week or two to the traditional mudra sequence aswell.

I would like to get both the healing effects and the opening of the higher chakras effects. I don't know if using an affirmation to open the higher chakras will automatically help with healing too. I think it shuld but I'm not 100% sure.

so when u say sa ta na ma .,do you say it SAH-TAH-NAH-MAH just like normal words,,or should the sa be hissed like snake hiss ,as in case of HPS Maxine saying S ??
