Question #2998: important doubt while doing chakra cleaning

when doing chakra cleaning ,and while visualising for each and every chakra ,should NOT raum completely be vibrated for each and every chakra ,??or should it be RRRR for base ,AAAA for sacral ,UUUU for solar plexus xhakra ,which is the right way to clean for a beginner?
