Question #2957: Emotionsless = Lifeless

Hi,

After a "while", I feel empty. Without any form of energy. I feel with no will, no desire, even my ambitions has been erased (temporary I guess).

The neuroleptic that heartless peoples made me took killed my brain at big fire.

My brain, and my emotions. Im like an alive zombie. I have no more reaction, and no positive emotions.

It is called anhedonia. Like an apathy but worse.

If think something could be wrong with my plexus chakra, so how to reactivate my emotions, my intuiton, my creativty and my will ?

I know how you feel, and the single best option is to not take neuroleptic drugs any longer. If that is not an option make sure to take as little as possible while addressing spiritual side of the issue, i.e. working on your willpower, exercising regularly and so on. Physical activity helps with stagnation.

To overcome apathy try looking for some activity that makes you happy. Look for a new hobby, something you will feel fulfilled in. Also be sure to get physical activity that will improve your mood, as well as a proper diet and regular sleep.
