Greetings from the beloved Italy,

I have some tics, which occur in certain places or environments.

For example, I have to constantly move my nose in public transport, as if it is sniffing.

I constantly make small coughs when talking to people.

When I am at the computer, I have to twist and turn my wrists.

I constantly blink my eyes.

There are many others like it.

It has started to affect my quality of life and I feel uncomfortable.

Which spell can I use to solve these problems?

I did have them too and have managed them to a certain extent.

You need to learn how to relax your body, you need to be present and understand why they are coming.

This is literally it, observe, understand, fix(relax and let go), it's not gonna be immediate, tics are a habit and it takes time for them to go away, with daily work on them you will be free of them.

You can also affirm everyday whenever you want(trance is best) that you are permanently free of them in a positive way for yourself.
