Hello how Yu doing
I want help on working my chakras especially my solarplexuschakra,I know it's all on Jos page I just want a personal spiritual opinion on it,do the new chants for the chakras work for everybody because I truly do not feel the effect of the Raum mantra on my 3rdchakra,the old Ram mantra works but then it's like the effect of the mantra gets watered down,can you send me a recording of the vibration of the Raum mantra except for what's on Jos,I just want to know how smbody else does it and how it works on them

HPS Maxine's audio is correct. You should try something else if you do not feel the effect, like Sowilo or Surya. Also try the breath of fire, as well as deeply cleaning the solar chakra.

When you do these exercises, fully intend for the energy/exercise to empower or advance your chakra. If you are not spending time on the sensory and willful aspect of meditation, this can be one reason you may think nothing is happening.
