4th of September is my birthday today.
It was a very lonely year for me and full of hard work and suffering too.

I lost my best friend and she never even tried to contact me back, the girl I liked backstabbed me and left, I feel completely and utterly alone on my birthday.

The only person that sent me a message was a friend that I tried to cut off because I was having a bad episode of a breakdown and then we made up and said happy birthday to you just make sure to not hurt your friends. This message only hurt me...

Since this was such a lonely year because I was busy with my full-time job as well I was aching for my birthday to hear from my friends because no one talks to me and I don't go out.

Actually, although it's my birthday I am going to work and will probably not see my family or friends for more than a couple of weeks...

At least I spoke to the Gods so that's nice. Last SR year was brutal...

Everyone in life has episodes that are more difficult. You can try to learn a lesson from this period.

Don't lose hope. You have the tools that JOS gives you and you can attract the right friends and girlfriend. You can also talk to other SS on the forum so you don't feel alone. Some SS have protonmail available and you can try to write to someone.
