Question #2146: the chakras aren't turning the way I want them to.

For example, I start to do clockwise (from me view from above) basic chakra and it first 1-2 seconds rotates as it should and then starts to rotate in the opposite direction and it worries me, tell me, please

The part of your brain you are using to try to force the chakras to turn a certain way is the logical/physical half of your brain. Trying to force this harder is directly making it more difficult. Because it is the other half of your brain which is more for psychic senses and affecting subconscious things, like spiritual workings.

Don't worry so much about what direction they spin. This is not so important and is mostly just distracting you. What you should focus on is being very calm and relaxed, and focus on physically feeling the chakras.
