Question #1873: After try opening third eye

Hello, I am following the 40-day meditation program and I am on the 13th day. Last night, I did the third eye opening meditation.
All the time, I was having different dreams in my sleep, a kind of release about my negligence and things that happened to me during the day or in the past.
Is this normal?
