I am losing weight, I don't feel like eating even when I am hungry, I am eating poorly, I try my best to take care of myself, I have always taken care of myself, sometimes I miss someone to take care of me, even if it is just for a day, sometimes it is tiring to do everything for me, not to mention that I got very sick a few weeks ago something that hasn't happened for months, my health was great (I meditate every day) and I still have sequels, is this a lack of vril?

(I am in my fertile period, maybe this is just the hormones, but I am getting worried because even my menstruation is changing, I breathed the moon energy some time ago to regulate my menstruation according to the lunar cycle, and it started to change completely, it used to come between 25-26 days, then it started to come in 23-24 days, it changed overnight)
 
Food is a very important thing. You have to do it even if it should feel like a chore to you. Work on your discipline and willpower.
If you don't eat then your body will start to get weaker and weaker and you may end up in the hospital.
 
If you don't eat you will not only shed fat, but also lean mass as your body will shift into survival mode. Which is not healthy. All you have to do for weight loss is change your lifestyle. Eat healthy, exercise and get a good sleeping routine. There is no need to starve. Adjust according to your specific goals, stay consistent and it will happen at some point.

If you really don't feel like eating at all, search the internet for foods that have natural appetite-stimulating properties and aim to include them in your diet. Preferably nutrient-dense foods.
