under Satan's reign
Something happened today, I will put it as clearly as I can remember. Maybe someone experienced can tell me what this was.

A sudden cramp hit me in the leg and it was very painful to get up, it made parts of my body contract. This has happened before sometimes .

But this time, when I got up, my ears sounded blocked and shuffled and I was dizzy. I managed to get to the window when I felt like vomiting and passing out. I felt like I was moving through thick air, barely feeling my legs move. I started shaking mildly but when I willed my hands to move they didn't. My sight started to dissappear as in I was seeing yellow and pink mandalas, like I would do with closed eyes . I would blink and the view wouldn't change, I would just feel it in the eye.

By the time I was by the window I was sweating with barely 2 degrees Celsius and only a tee shirt on and I was looking at the buildings and sky and saw nothing, just those colors. I didn't feel the cold, I felt the air brush on me but not the cold. 2 times I felt I was losing consciousness and refrained, and I have scratched my face and hands to stay awake. I also coughed and inhaled deeply and prayed to Satan as my breath was shallow.

After getting gradually worse it got gradually better. First my sight, then dizziness, and then coordination. I tried eating afterwards and my jaw was contracting bad and hurting when I tried to chew.

Could this be due to sexual exhaustion?
A few minutes ago I started to see yellow in the corner of my sight and my head started to hurt but it's under control.

Are you getting enough nutrition, including electrolytes? To me, it sounds like malnourishment.

I have been living off cold food at that moment, so this may play a role as I did some blood tests and everything seemed to be okay.
The only time I have been dizzy in the recent past is after a hard workout when my body is depleted of nutrition, and most importantly, from electrolytes required for optimal function. I would look into optimizing your nutrition first and foremost. Eating only cold food does not sound very wholesome approach to me. Maybe I'm wrong, but at the very least have a look at an increased amount of minerals and such.

Like Henu the Great said, it sounds like malnutrition, or at least a shortage of certain minerals / vitamins, do know that a shortage of minerals / vitamins does not always show up in the blood! The body does everything it can to make certain the value's in the blood are correct even if it has to take them from somewhere else. You talked about having cramps etc. this happens when your body is low on salt, natural salts like Himalaya salt are best used, you can mix salt with some water and drink it that way if necessary.

Did you also have s tingling sensation in your hands and or feet? this could have something to do with hyperventilating (Short breaths), if it is common for you to breath in shallow breaths learn to breath in deeply. Breath in through your stomach and let your stomach protrude outwards while breathing, this is completely natural.

Especially in winter times it is important to heat your body up trough foods and drinks, i tend to drink more tea and warm water (About 44 decrease Celsius) when it gets cold. this can have many benefits, just try some stuff out and see what works.
