One little question about identity

As an individual we also inherit everything from my both parents, no?

An individual is still a separate entity from parents.

I wanna ask the way I see life, perspective on life, on everything, is it entirely influenced by genetics of parents or is it also influenced by personalities, habits, attitude, perspective, I had in past life from previous lifetime parents genetics, do we also carry that in new life?

And so I'm inclined to ask another question, that is, the way I see life, everything, is it entirely my own individual soul's perspective (and is it astrologically based?) which is not influenced by society, environment, cultural values, or parents!?

I'm not able to describe what I want to ask.

Like, for example, I'd love to humiliate my personal enemies(the ones who went too far to do me wrong and caused me unnecessary hardship and pain, made me cry without showing any mercy to me) in worst unimaginable way possible, and I'll still not be satisfied. I'll not let them die but....but Eternal torture.... Which not even a joo can imagine in *its* dreams. I won't state here. If I state it would sound similar or worse than what Joos do.

So, Where did this come from? Definitely not from my current life parents. Then where...
