Well, sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, I'm actually at work typing this on my phone trying to kill some time but I have rediscovered this website assuming it would have been taken down or forgotten about years ago.. maybe it was 15 years ago when I first came across JoS but I left due to confusion, stress, maybe lack of guidance? I was young, still am to a certain point of view.

In my absence of meditations I went into a journey of knowledge from different perspectives. Perspectives from different religions, politics, pop culture, all this just to come to the conclusion that most people here have probably or most likely have said before but I'm not really here to talk about my journey rather then the end result of that.

I have a better understanding of the importance of meditations though I strongly lack the discipline of meditation every day. I need to do better but most importantly I WANT to do better. I'm not going to rant about why I struggle with meditation but I recognize the problem area and I'm fighting it every day of my life, I will fight it everyday until I move on.

The website for JoS provides lots of information and I am reading through it again (looks like nothing has really changed since I last saw the site which I think is pretty cool tbh ) and I feel like I'm stuck again with that overwhelming feeling... Well it's just a lot of information to take on. I may be the only one who feels like that but it is a lot to take in.

My real question and reason for typing this out is this. I want to know if their are people here who are willing to answer my questions, help guide me or at the least help keep me on track? I know this probably isn't normal, or how other can do stuff like this naturally on their own but I'm not one to figure this out on my own. My thoughts I feel like are not my own half the time and I don't trust myself or my knowledge to guide me through correctly. If that makes any since at all.

I'm sorry if all this just sounds plain ignorant but I'm trying to ask for help, I don't normally ask for help but I need it, atleast in the beginning...

A major reason these forums exists is that people can be guided so that they could grow.

I understand that, I actually was hoping if I could bother someone individually if that would be at all possible, I basically need to start at the beginning and work my way up but I get what your saying, I will try to be as clear and to the point as I can be when I do have a question and post about it here, I am terrible at trying to get my point across or even describe what I feel or the lack of feeling .. idk what I'm even trying to ask tbh, yea I'll post to here if I have any questions, thank you.

It is perfectly fine to ask help here, I'm sure you will get a ton of help here, feel free to ask.

You don't have to be too hard on your self. Meditating is a pretty "weird" and new thing for a common people, and usually not everyone can maintain daily meditation at first. You should start where its comfortable, and not on a higher level, you don't need to meditate every day because you can't, and actually it doesn't really matter, because you have nothing to loose spiritually, by that I mean you don't need to constantly meditate on a certain thing to maintain, and advance it.

Start with such meditations like

void meditation
https://www.satanisgod.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Satanic_Void_Meditation.html
Directing energy:
https://www.satanisgod.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Directing_Energy.html
foundation meditation:
https://www.satanisgod.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Foundation_Meditation.html
Flame meditation:
https://www.satanisgod.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Flame_Meditation.html
Aura cleaning:
https://www.satanisgod.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Aura_Cleaning.html

And after a while if you think you are ready, you can start opening your chakras. Don't forget to dedicate yourself before opening the chakras.

If you have a difficult question that you are unable to find an answer to, there is always someone on the forum who will be willing to help you. So don't be afraid to ask something if you have any doubts :)

This is actually kind of a shitty working which I made long ago, with less understanding. In regards to self-discipline, this should be improved with Nauthiz, not Eihwaz. Although both pertain to willpower in a general sense, they still rule very unique concepts. Eihwaz relates to the power of transformation and realization, Nauthiz relates to restriction, including regulating ones energies in a positive manner so that they focus on work.

Of course you are welcome to ask as many questions as you need and not feel bad about this. I am glad you have returned, and you should not feel bad about your confusion, which happened in a time much less supportive of spiritual growth, compared to now.

In regards to productivity, this relates to the lower chakras and their associated planets and elements of fire and earth. We also have to contend with modern digital entertainment, which creates hyper-arousal of our brain and makes it harder for to want to work. One, or both, of these issues is likely the cause of your problems, so try to reduce any excessive digital entertainment, and plan spiritual solutions to boost productivity.

As far as where to start on your journey, the best way is to follow the framework of the 40 day guide: https://satanslibrary.org/hp_hooded_cobra_40_day_meditation_program.pdf

The specifics will change of course, but the actual framework is very solid in regards to success on this path. Start here, but less us know if you have any more questions.

Welcome back to JoS.

Thank you to everyone with your kind words, it is up lifting to read. I will start with the 40day meditation guide and see where my journey goes. As well as the affirmation that was also commented.. I never forgot how to feel myself spiritually and the aura that surrounds me but I tried to push myself even with hesitation in my mind.

I know now that sometimes my thoughts are not my own and are usually.. intrusive in nature. This was something I didn't understand about myself years ago...

Sometimes it's hard to even tell the difference in my thoughts or intrusive thoughts but... I'm doing better and I want to continue to do better. I want to advance myself spiritually as well as mentally but idk what more I can do mentally, so here I am to start over again spiritual or as someone else put it, continue where I left off.

Thank you again. I hope I find my way.

Welcome back.

Sermon 12/09/08

Many people have trouble getting into trances, concentrating, and/or being motivated to meditate. This is just with meditation, but in every day life, there are problems that can be effectively dealt with by knocking down walls and going back to square one.

In many ancient spellbooks and grimoires, namely the Necronomicon, the word "engrave" is a code word for repeated workings or affirmations, mantras, vibrations of words of power, etc. These are engraved upon the soul, not necessarily engraving a sigil. The sigils within many of these ancient texts are symbolic messages as the same instructions for the working. A mantra or word of power, affirmation ideally should be "engraved" upon the soul, until it actually resonates like a struck bell (which is another symbol for this). The grimoires give the metal (each corresponds to a specific chakra) and the auspicious times for the working given the positions of the planets.

When one encounters problems and obstacles, one should go to the bottom of this and every night before going to sleep, affirm 20-30 times when relaxed, for example: "I have perfect concentration." Other affirmations for example- "I am always highly motivated and I always meditate every day" "I always have time to do quality meditations" "I am able to enter deep trances easily" you get the general idea. Remember, affirmations should always be in the present tense because the subconscious mind and soul do not have a time frame such as in the future tense "will" happen. Always make your affirmations in the present tense.

Before sleeping affirmations should be done some 25-30 times for 40 days straight. This is step one in the "engraving" upon the soul. Most often, workings need to be repeated and repeated, especially when the wills and lives of others are involved in the sense of any opposing energies, like in obtaining money.

One example here would be to remind to one's self: "I am positively accepting the new habit of meditation in my life, and I know it is positive for me". As this is repeated as a thought, the mind will also become more open in accepting meditation.

You cannot police and monitor your thoughts 24/7, that will only cause you to experience more of them. Your thoughts are your own, accept that fact and try to examine and understand where they are coming from.

For example most relationships in which one partner is abusive, are not due to innate aggression, but feelings of unworthiness and doubt that surface and manifest themselves in abuse. Most of the time the abusive party feels great regret for their actions, but they don't understand the cause of it.

Look within and find the reason why you think and feel the way you do, then you can begin to change the cause. Once that is done, the thoughts will go away.

I wouldn't call it "shitty" as that specific working may very well has its use as intended. Here people should realize different meanings behind mantras and so on. Perhaps the original post could be edited to include insight into the specificity of the above approach and its difference to Nauthiz.
