So what is the right way to interpret aspects of Neptune to pluto in the natal chart? I'm assuming that would make it a prominent neptune, but aside from that, maybe an interest in the occult and *maybe* addictive tendencies in the person, I can't think of much.

I don't have any myself, but Hps maxine mentioned that there was a person with pluto conjunct neptune in their 8th house and they completed the Magnum Opus.

The eighth house is a house of power. Pluto and Neptune in this house can indicate advanced soul and much power along with occult gifts and more.

The case mentioned by Maxine is Adolf Hitler.
Helloaa can I ask you something, I can't quite understand what Saturn wants in the 10th and 4th house for us, I'm assuming yes, he wants a career in the 10th house, but in the 4th house he wants us to be an emotionless person or something Thank you

Saturn is where you "find" the "problems" in your life. Saturn "limits." In the area where Saturn is, you will have to work harder to achieve your goals.

Saturn is also the representation of karma, unlike Jupiter, which is the "Dharma."

Saturn in the 10th house can give you bad reputation, career problems, bad social standing, problems with power figures, such as police, bosses, people in positions of power and other people connected to the 10th house.

In the area where Saturn is located, it is necessary to work seriously on it so as to achieve a positive influence. Some people with Saturn in the 10th house occupy high positions of power, for example, generals and politicians.

In the 4th house, you may have problems related to your family, your psychological state, poor family, divorce, problems with a family member, "unethical" parents and more.
