It will happen in the 12th house&Aquarius in coming years. How to use this as efficiently as possible spiritually? And in other areas of life? It will happen simultaneously with Saturn return and there are other natal planets in conjunction with natal Saturn. A group of planets including Saturn will be in conjunction with transiting Saturn and transit Pluto will be in conjunction with natal Neptune in the same months. Whatever house that has Pisces on the cusp can experience extreme and permanent changes. If this is happening in Aquarius in your 12th house, I would assume that there is a good chance that Pisces is on your Ascendant and Neptune is your chart ruler? But regardless if Neptune is your ruler or not, this would be a great time for spiritual advancement as the 12th house naturally rules meditation and psychic abilities.

Just be sure to keep your energies high and try to not let any negative effects manifest from this, because that's still a possibility as the 12th house is also the house of sorrow. Bad planetary influences manifest in our lives when our souls' vibration is weak/low.

The same goes for the Saturn return. I've seen so many positive experiences from other people when they have their first Saturn return like coming into large sums of money and what not, but if your souls energies are low or if you are prone to misfortune than there is still a chance that very bad things can manifest from this.

Make sure its hitting the exact degree. Pluto entering 0 degrees of Aquarius is not the same as 15 degrees of Aquarius.

If for example, your 12th house starts at 25 degrees of Aquarius but Pluto is entering 0 degrees of Aquarius then it hasn't transited the 12th house yet. Only when Pluto enters 25 degrees of Aquarius will it enter the 12th house.
