Neat way of sending negativity energy to the enemy during Rtr:

I just discovered a new way of visualizing sending the anger and hatred against the enemy. I just Invision my anger turning into spears or arrows and empowering those with anger and hatred fueled by justice and sending them into the hearts of our enemy and slowly twisting them until the enemy disappears. It gives me great pleasure picturing this and I do this is various ways with each group of letters before erasing them. At the end when reading the affirmation 3 times I Invision a "heart" that represents the entirety of our enemy then I Invision a steak being hammered into it each one of the three times and on the third time I imagine the heart shattering and our enemy being erased forever.

I'm interested in knowing what ways you vision it while you do the RTR. Also, If this visualization I'm doing works for you as well let me know feedback. It's been really invigorating and helping me in directing my energy during the Rtr lately.
