Microwaves probable cause mysterious disease of American diplomats on Cuba

This article is about micro waves, not as in the ones used in a microwave but technology that can be pinpointed on a location to send out 'microwaves' (or radiowaves) to certain buildings or even individuals.

They go so far as to claim that this has caused brain damage in the said individuals, causing dizziness, headaches, balance problems and cognitive issues.

Het Moskou-signaal

De laatste theorie is dus die van de gerichte microgolven. Maar wie daar dan verantwoordelijk is, dat is niet duidelijk. Het doet wel denken aan het Moskou-signaal, een spionageschandaal dat speelde tussen 1953 en 1976. Waarbij Amerikaanse ambassademedewerkers in Moskou ook ziek werden van microgolven die op hun gebouw gericht werden. Waarom is niet duidelijk, mogelijk ging het om een poging tot afluisteren of het verstoren van de elektronica.

Why is not clear, possibly it was about eavesdropping or disturbing the electronics."

Most likely what this is, is some sort of MASER(Microwave Laser) system. I doubt it can kill because it's not being used to kill, it's being used to incapacitate the person. If they wanted to kill they'd probably kill already. Another possibility is YES it CAN kill but to do that would jeopardize, the offensive weapon system and thus make the U.S. suspicious it's agents are being hit with some sort of biological weapon or some sort of targeted technology.

Either way I still find it funny the U.S. had to spy on Cuba. Besides the Cuban missile crisis the only way Cuba ever backs up communism is the "Red Dawn" meme. Whereby Cuba is only as strong as the U.S. is invaded by Soviet/Communist forces and Cuba joins in with it's paltry and pathetic, lazy military that is only good for keeping communism going and promoting destruction of human rights. Unless OTHERS invade Cuba stands no chance against the U.S.

I know most people are gonna say the only reason Cuba doesn't get invaded by the U.S. and decommunized is because of the hymie hustle. But seriously does anyone expect Cuba to be spied on for anything important. Maybe the Cuban Missile Crisis. But other than that what credible threat besides being a drop off point of communist spy resources and now with China is Cuba needing to be spied on.

If it weren't for international allied treaties between Russia/Allies and China/Allies. The U.S. would have invaded Cuba long time ago.
