Which rune can be used to raise kundalini?

Raising the Kundalini it's a long process. You can't just use a rune to raise it and be done with it. You can of course stimulate it but if your soul is not clean and powerful it could be even dangerous and just bad in general. It could even activate some bad energies in your soul making your life worse.

Is it rises automaticaly? So it's not necesarry to do specific meditations that stimulates it for example the king&queen meditation.

Basically you need to clean and empower your chakras, heal yourself, having the ability to focus your mind, yoga to be flexible and follow the meditations on Jos. With time when you are cleaned and empowered enough the Kundalini will start to raise and help you clean what is left, the more ready you are (empowered and clean) the less "problems" you will have and the Kundalini process will go smoother. Another thing you need to do is to activate your pineal gland.

There is still a lot it can be said. It's a long process, do not think the Kundalini as a magic wand that if you raise it will fix everything and you will be powerful but you need to take your mind, body and soul to the most perfect state you can take them and then your Kundalini will take you further and make you advance even more.

Its definitely something it can be done in one lifetime but you really need to focus on meditations. There are people who may have a busy life and it will take longer or they are not as interested but in general people who are attracted to the Jos are interested enough to meditation that will make them focus on it more than most other people.
