Some of us have found the ability to invoke this energy at any moment just by pure will, just like you flex the muscle by your will. Energy flow can only last about 10 - 15 seconds, then it starts to fade, energy gets drained because body can not support the "fuel," it's damaged. There is no good use of premium gas if machine is damaged. After a while it gets recharged. Yes, just like Mana regeneration 
Physical symptoms are: Dilated pupils, increased heart rate, increased adrenaline rush.
Once you invoke this energy you feel the whole body. It gets released from the Pineal Gland and travels like thunderbolt through a spine, you feel inner energy of never ending explosion. If you too have discovered this then take a closer look, this is pure Kundalini energy which is blocked by Chakras. During the flow you must feel energy stopping at specific Chakra where energy gets exposed mostly. That is the element you need to work on in order to raise and balance the flow. This ability helps you understand which Chakras need to be worked out in a seconds. Each of the elements have their scientific practice, but first you need to become aware and sense your own souls energy, literally. Many people practice meditation and yoga for years but still they are dumb AF. They're lying to themselves. This sense of energy has brought me to everything I know today.
