I have managed to raise my kundalini 4 times in the past but each time it reaches the sahasrara is stays and after 30 seconds descends back down i dont what this means and what I should do to keep it risen any suggestion would help a lot

That's because you have been meditating for about 1 month and are totally not ready for it, heck even people meditating for 10 years haven't got to it yet.
Stay at the basics and master them, this is not a race.

This could mean you still have blockages in that chakra. I still suggest you clean the other chakras thoroughly AGAIN. do some soul searching or ask a god or your guardian to help you find out what that is.

I have read of this happening, in forums about kundalini awakening.
This is normal and has happened to others.
Don't rush this. Talk to Satan-he is the one guiding your kundalini serpent.

Be sure to do alot of aura and soul cleansing with mantras like SURYAH, or RAUM.

Be consistent in working on your chakras. Astral senses, and pineal gland. Be consistent with the ritual schedules.

Make sure to do yoga daily. When you are ready focus on doing the alternate nostril breathing exercise (sun and moon breath), and the breath of fire.

The sun and moon breath works to clear out the Ida and pingala, while the breath of fire kindles the kundalini energy. The Mula Bandha and Uddiyana bandha can be done after the breath of fire to work the energy up the central channel.

Focus on empowering your chakras strongly, and go from there.

Lastly, the kundalini takes time. Many misconceptions and false information exists on the subject. Once the serpent pierces the crown, much more work still needs done as it's a long gradual process.

Eventually one can utilize the serpents power but most of all this takes TIME.

You'll get there. Just focus on your advancement and try not to overdo it. The kundalini can be a very intense experience. I remember the first few times I experienced it, it used to just jolt me like I was hit by lightning and I'd shake.

Yet everyone's experiences will be individual. Remember though. Never be afraid. It's a positive thing.

A while back they talked about shoulder chakras being blocked by jews, the jews would use curses to keep them blocked so it prevents the kundalini from rising,so those would be one's I would clean thoroughly, but take kundalini slowly cause you don't want to do something you might regret later,it's powerful energy your working with
