This is a project I've been working on lately.

I had this idea of creating an interactive 3D gallery with JoS artwork, and it eventually became a TC (total conversion)
project for the 32-bit version of the old game Duke Nukem 3D (eDuke32).
It not only contains a gallery but also a library, a "war room" and a security camera room.
You can also browse the front page of the Joy of Satan website in the library.

Hope you enjoy.

This is definitelly a good idea, tho it would be better to do it in a more popular game.

Good job, however the black cube is not an originally Islamic temple, but pagan.

Perhaps other objects need to be considered, such as the koran or the like.

Thanks guys :)
Will see if I will continue any further with this. Released it here now since it feels kind of 'done' right now anyways, and did not expect that much interest from it here actually. It's fun to make ones own 3D worlds anyways, deciding textures etc.
Mapster32 (the main tool used here to create all this) is very easy and intuitive to work with.

I have looked into Unreal engine, but that's not even close to how easy the Build engine is to work in.
I'm also much more used to Build/Mapster32. I made my first map in Build engine at 15 years old or something.
Now I'm 40, and eDuke32 plus Mapster32 (the 32-bit Build engine) is STILL being updated to this day, plus also the High Resolution Pack I've used here, providing the ability to use high resolution textures. Could also mention the polymer renderer with dynamic lightning. I think that's awesome. Don't really care for what's "popular" either :p

Unreal engine has more possibilites though and would be cool to learn also. Maybe some day I will.

The reason why I meant to do it in a more popular game, is that people actually would join on this and maybe attract people to JoS. Like it is doable in minecraft too. Or roblox but considering the avarge age group that plays roblox, maybe it wouldn't be wise to do that. Probably there is a lot more game where we could do the same, but do not worry dude, I didn't meant that you should do it, just it would be a good idea, or maybe a waste of time Im not sure.

Yes, I understand what you mean. I don't think it would be a waste of time though, especially not for ones own skills in being creative with this kind of stuff.
I posted about my project in the Duke Forums: https://forums.duke4.net/topic/12279-joy-of-satan-gallery-duke3d-tc-project/

Even if nobody responds and think I'm evil, I have at least tried spreading the Truth here in some way.

This looks so awesome!!

Sadly, whenever I go to start it, it works, but as soon as the JoS logo and the words 'THE GAME' come up the game just stops workings and ultimately crashes.

Anything I could do about this?

Okay that's interesting. Perhaps changing to a smaller resolution or unchecking "Fullscreen" could help.
Or changing computer.

I've made a small update to the .map file now, with some minor texture corrections and some more enemies:

Just replace "galleri.map" with this one.

This was one thing that bothered me a bit, but now corrected:

I'll try it out another day, thank you!
