Okay, I uh did some meditation, preferably yogic breathes and aligning my chakras...

Is it normal to feel warm and toasty from the tailbone up?

Yes this is the fiery energies of the kundalini residing in the base chakra which can be activated through yoga.

It's normal.

Where can I find this "yoga?"

Satan's library.

Hatha yoga, and kundalini yoga, is a good place to start, you can then advance by adding your own touch to the routine, but start simple first.

Flexibility is very important, your energy needs to flow freely without restriction. yoga helps greatly with this

sounds like you are really unfamiliar with the basics,
read all of Satanisgod.org

it's a lot will take you awhile to read but try to read hours a day, knowledge is key.

the sooner you learn something the better.
