I'm seriously wondering this, because there are still some people who don't believe that the bible condones this type of behavior.

I haven't found one. It does certainly never condemn it. But it is a Torah for rvised gentiles and gentiles collectively wouldn't stand for pedophilia. I don't know what the rabbis were reading in the Torah for them to be interpreting it as condoning pedophilia but that's what they did and so pedophilia is outright condoned in the Talmud, a modern interpretation of the jew laws provided in the Torah. You know what's a great book? Written for atheists or not, a great book is one called God, The Most Unpleasant Character In All Of Fiction. A superb study of the new and old testaments. Thank you, I was not certain about what topic I could start next.

The rules in the bible are not important, biblical-messianic prophecies to be achieved in this world and in this context, many biblical laws must be violated.
The key is that after you have accumulated sins, you take two goats, one you sacrifice to yhvh and the other you call "Azazel," you fill it with all your sins and you make it die in the desert.
Basically jews can disregard the laws of the bible, because once a year they dump all their sins on the collective Gentile anyway.
