I recently lost a family member and had a friend ask Satan about the status of my family member. Basically said that they will be reborn but not safe housed or cared for in Hell but when the time comes be reborn again. My friend didn't sense a gone aspect as in permanently gone, taken by the enemy and not gone as in their soul is faced either. So they are most likely in some form of transmigration I was told.
So I suppose my question is, if not in Hell where do souls that are going to reborn really go? Satan said that they will be reborn when the time comes so that gives me enough reassurance that they won't be abducted by the enemy. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I was advised to summon my guardian demon and inform him/her to take care of my deceased family member. Then to request them to take care of them.
