How to curse somebody

Hello, I am asking this question in case someone knows how to do
I have been recently attacked and I feel weak, Ive always been interested in the occult and I feel tied to satanism but the problem is that I am very weak in term of practicing ritual, in fact I don't know how to do so, I would like to hex someone who destroyed my life, but I want to be safe, I'm not good and won't feel safe about energy sucking someone by meditation, is there a simple and safe way for me to curse ?

Yes I did, but I went away from Satanism and went back to christianity due to fear and a attack that happened to me, I don't know if I'm still protected by the gods now, I want Satan to forgive me
