How to clean more thoroughly?

Hey, brothers and sisters.

So, I normally do cleaning by the basic method on JoS while using Visuddhi, Raum and Surya all 8 times on both chakras and soul.

But then I still struggle with being deeply clean. I don't feel its enough although I do a huge effort on doing this daily. My upper chakras and 2nd and solar plexus always seem to be consistenly and deeply unclean.

What can I do to be deeply clean? Without having to spend much more effort and time in cleaning as frankly I don't have time nor the endurance to do any more cleaning or meditations as I am busy and exhausted.

Also I easily get dirty whenever I go out with friends, deal with people, go to college, etc.

I am starting to advance more and opening my chakras further. But I think I need to be much more clean to achieve advancement successfully and safely.

Any help?

Thanks!

Hail Satan!

If you don't already you should do returning curses 1 & 2 each new moon - full moon it's pretty good for cleaning, and repelling anything negative or "dirty" that may attach itself to you in the future

It takes a long time to deeply cleanse the soul of all the dross that exists, probably from many lives. Keep doing those cleansing methods at least twice a day. Also don't forget the aura cleansing. It's just as important as cleansing your chakras. You could use the Curse Return Meditations in the meditation section on JoS. Don't forget the protection of the aura, which is of enormous importance for the soul. Do them at least twice.
It's also good to do soul clearing work, which helps enormously.
Good luck!

I get good results using just Visuddhi, following Lydia's method. First I vibrate it, then I let it clean, then I pull the dirt off of me and into a ball, which I dispose of afterward.
Sometimes it feels like I am physically choking up something and I can sense the dirt and sludge pouring out.

Doing it 9x into each chakra, then 9x into myself, only takes about 20-25 minutes and I feel plenty clean afterward. I would recommend trying that. Here is my affirmation:

“The energy of visuddhi has completely and permanently cleaned me in all ways and from any negative energy, in a positive manner for me.” x9

For cleaning my soul I use Raum x111, but I never used an affirmation after, should I use it?

When cleaning the general daily atmosphere, intent your actions of cleaning and energy appliance, upon the anchors of the negative energies. For example, a situation did occur in the morning, at night, right before starting to clean, pinpoint to your mind the morning circumstances, the overall idea, even just the time stamp, and clean upon this line of thoughts.

Cleaning can be structured by intent, onto the mental, thoughts, the emotional, feelings, and sentiments. You can meditate before cleaning and seek what and if something bothers you. Also structure on the outer and inner, the aura and then inside. The chakras by meditating upon them. The idea is to have feedback and to compare the before and after and seek a general ability of flushing and cleaning things out by a controlled, structural hygiene.

Thinking and meditating on the past, you'll suddenly observe how the mind comes to you with situations, feelings that are imprinted onto your being and are subconscious most of the time. Apply cleaning again.

Very important are the affirmations and your intense implication on these, feel with your whole being that the statements are absolute truths and reality. The energy is instantly applied after the affirmation, this can be proven by little experiments, but cleaning needs to have affirmations as well, regardless of the intent and applied will.

I usually do one structured cleaning depending on the circumstances and one general relaxed one, that finishes off the cleaning. You can also clean with the energy from the breath of fire, but this is more advanced.

Thanks for the suggestion, Blitzkreig.

Thanks for the advice Pluto.

So you are basically saying to clean based on past situations that caused that uncleanliness using intent and affirmations? I will try.

On daily, general things yes, this can be done even by meditation and energy. On more karmic and deeper things, workings are required.

I usually start sneezing when trying to clean, it can make it frustrating to do meditations because of the interruptions. Sometimes even just trying to "tune in" does this as well.

I also get a "welling up" sensation in my nose when thinking of emotional things, but it's not because of sadness per se, it's some sort of energetic phenomenon. Must be a blockage.

Any energy needs to be programmed for it to not simply dissipate or whatever. If you were spending some visualizing this Raum energy cleaning you, then this is ok, although I would suggest using an affirmation for this or most other energy workings (even if only a few reps).

All the affirmation does is guide your thoughts to program the energy, in the same way, each time. It is not always necessary but it is advised to use them.

Thanks for the suggestion, Blitzkreig.
It uses the luminous sphere technique which, like a magnet, attracts negative energies.
You can do it at school as soon as you have a 10 minute break, I have done it and it helps a little.
Compared to deep cleansing, this is a superficial cleansing.

Do you have other suggestions about quick meditations to do at school?

Anything that does not give in the eye, breathing, chakra rotation, energy circulation or meditation on emptiness.
One may make small strange movements and catch the eye, so be careful.
