How do you properly pronounce Munka?

I was wondering... I have read plenty of topics and stuff related to munka and freeing the soul, i was just wondering how do you properly pronounce the vibration. I have seen it being pronounced as MUU-ENN-YAAH-KAH, and also just MUU-NNN-KKK-AHH. I know the N is pronounced different than how you would say it in English, but which one of these is the right way to vibrate it? Its got me a bit confused.

I wanted to use it to try and remove some blockages and things from my Chakras. I wanted to use the Ansuz rune at first, but I felt like it wouldnt be as good as Munka.

Moon-ya-ka/moo-nya-ka. The N in MUNKA should be an enyay (ñ) - MUÑKA, so it is pronounced moon-ya-ka/moo-nya-ka ("nya" not pronounced ny-ah). Rather than being rigid in the pronunciation of it, it should be more flow-y, so it's less like moon-ya-ka/moo-nya-ka and more like mmmmoooonnnnyyyyaaaakkkkaaaa. Nice and smoothly.

If you have trouble with vibrating the letter K, listen to some of the audio recordings of Words being vibrated, which have the letter K in them, for example in KENAZ (KAUN). You can download the Rune .mp3s (Runic Kabalah Audio CD) in the "JoSM Links" link in my signature (if it is safe for you to have such things on your computer/device). There were some links to youtube videos with the pronunciations in them, but I think the channel has been shoahed.

The accented n is pronounced like "nya". So "munyahkah":3
